Waste not want not
Trying to cook up the contents of my refrigerator before I leave on vacation this week, I started today with:
- Oven roasted corn on the cob
- Potato Kale Soup
- Roasted Beets and Carrots
- Fresh squeezed lemonade
Tomorrow there will probably be zucchini bread plus maybe some roasted zucchini, mashed potatoes, potato salad, three-bean salad, and something with broccoli.
